1. All 7-12 grade athletics require an updated NDHSAA Sports Physical to be completed.  We encourage all students to get this completed over the summer (anytime after April 15, 2022) so that it covers all activities for the entire 2022-2023 school year.  Once completed, the physical form should be submitted electronically through our Activity Registration (after 7/25/22). 
2. Each 7-12 grade athletic activity requires a separate participation fee ($40 or $60 depending on the activity), which can be paid online through My School Bucks or cash/check brought into the CMS Office.  (An online application for financial assistance to help cover the cost of participation fees will be available here after July 1, 2022)
