West Fargo High School (9-12 Grade) Activity Registration
Step 1: Complete Online Registration
*Requires Student ID# for initial set up.
*This is the same log in/password that will be used for all activity/athletic registrations for 6-12 grades.
*If you have already registered a sibling on this website use the returning users option below and you can add a student to your existing account.
Step 2. Submit Required Sports Physical Form (Athletics Only)
*Must be completed by a medical doctor annually.
*Must be signed by both a doctor and a parent/guardian.
*If completed after April 15, 2023 this Sports Physical will cover all athletics for the 2023-2024 school year.

Step 3. Pay Participation Fee
*After August 1, 2023 this fee can be paid online under MySchoolBucks or cash/check brought into the Activities Office.
*A Waiver can be requested by filling out an Application for Student Fee Assistance (Free & Reduced Meals).
